Goodluck, the only thing i think could prevent you from getting hired is your ego and trash talk, ( No im not trying to be an ass to stop you ). Im just saying, to get staff you need to be kind and helpfull and less ego at everyone such as saying, ez, get@me, you suck, ect...ect... if you can somehow lessen your ego you might have a better chance.

yea i know i like to ego but when it comes down to it, im very serious about my work and you can even ask heather, she knows me more than any of you

I understand that but you do need to be serious as you said, otherwise you might not get it.

I know that you like to ego and you are competitive but you have always done good working for me in the past, i will give you a shot at Gamemaster and if you do good i may promote you to Head staff depending on your performance, dont ruin this chance.
